Contact form: When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, an optional subject and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

User account and login: If you sign in to submit events or use the member area, we process your username, email address and a technical session cookie to keep you signed in. The legal basis is performance of a contract and/or your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

Event submissions: The title, date, location and description of events you submit are stored and published once approved.

3. Retention period

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose, or as required by law.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority.

5. Hosting and external services

This website is operated on a server on our behalf. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, which may connect to servers operated by Google LLC. The events calendar uses the FullCalendar JavaScript library, loaded locally or via a CDN.
